We Do Not Hold Animals Unless, You have a 25% Down Non-Refundable Deposit To Hold the Animal that deposit will count towards payment of the animal.

SHIPPING: Shipping will be determined upon sale from $28 up to $85 depends on where you live with insurance in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery, on orders over $1000 shipping is included in the price. We ship Monday through Thursday priority overnight with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F). We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal. PayPal payments can be sent to https://www.paypal.me/Kellysserpents We accept Venmo and Cash App as well as credit card payments over the phone as well as personal checks and money orders. No animals are shipped prior to checks/money orders clearing.

Payment Plans: We offer payment plans on anything we sell $300 and above. We are flexible when it comes to a time line to pay for an animal depending on how much the animal is and you are consistent in payments and follow store policies, we have 30, 60 and 90 day payment Plans, if you need more time just let us know, as long as you are paying consistently and staying in touch with us we will work with you, However once entered into a payment plan there are no refunds. If you cannot finish paying for an animal you will lose 25% of the purchase price and the remaining balance will be issued a credit towards a future purchase

HEALTH: We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
